I got up at the crack of dawn to take images on my morning walk but had to empty the camera to make room for more shots. And as it takes a while to transfer files, I started editing some images... well as you would have it I was at the computer 3+hours and by that time I needed a cuppa.

I did make up for it in the afternoon as the skies were moving a rapid speed. And it was an interesting reflection of the rushed day I had had.

Since I have been taking photos...often in the afternoon of the skies from my back door, I have had a number of my neighbours come up to me and ask what I was doing... and the conversations about weather start to flow. People seem to be in their comfort zone and are happy to discuss almost anything from that point on.

I found out that there is a new section of our estate that has opened up and that t a small lake and parkland has been added.

So, off I went after the afternoon shop to take some images. ( I'm very blessed to have a patient partner was happy to wait in the vehicle while I indulged my photographic urges.)
